Our pomegranate wine has become such a fan favorite that we couldn’t resist creating a sparkling version! To craft it, we start by fermenting fresh pomegranate juice from fruit grown just 70 miles away in Madera, CA. Using the traditional sparkling wine method, we carefully transform the juice into a bubbly, refreshing experience. The result is a harmonious balance of sweet and tart flavors that dance on the palate, finishing with a light, effervescent fizz.
