Our pomegranate wine is so popular that we decided to make champagne out of it! We start with fermenting pomegranate juice from pomegranates grown 70 miles from Casa de Fruta in Madera, CA. Then we put it through the champagne process. It's sweet yet tart, it's bubbly and it's wonderful.
