From the Monterey County Viticultural Area. Pinot Grigio is an Italian varietal that became popular about 15 years ago. It's a light, easy drinking substitute for a Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is typically fermented and then only stored for about 6 months in stainless steel tanks, so no oak. Refreshing, a little flowery and slightly sweet. Enjoy it ice cold!
