Cienega Valley Viticultural Area. We used the French Burgundy stainless steel method of aging, no oak. It is just slightly on the sweet side. Soft tropical fruit characteristics, just the right acid balance makes for a refreshing Chardonnay. This is a really good fun drinking Chardonnay. Drink cold.
