I ordered this to have on hand for cooking. But, when I opened it, I was curious as to what it would taste like right out of the bag, so i tried it. It was delicious! I will be putting a baggie of this in my lunchbox to have as a snack at work. It tastes like the Mexican-style roasted corn we get from the guy who sells it out of a cart on the local street corner. It's light, crunchy, and really unique. I wished now that I has picked up a bag sooner!!
