State laws restrict or prevent shipping
wine directly to consumers in many states. Deliveries can only be
made to physical addresses. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes or
APO/FPO addresses.
Please understand it is your responsibility
to update us of address changes; Casa de Fruta is not responsible
for fees incurred due to misdirected club shipments. Charges are
applied to credit cards at time of shipment; your special wine club
shipments are seasonal and begin when you sign on as a
Member.
In order to receive your shipment,
a person of at least 21 years of age must be present to sign for
the wine at the time of delivery.
Cancellation Policy: Club membership
is ongoing. Upon joining the Wine Club, a minimum of 2 shipments is
required prior to cancellation. Cancellations must be made in
writing by mail or email no later than 30 days before the next
shipment, which occurs on the 5th of the months of February, May,
August and November.
